HEADS-UP: CLEAN-UP

Just a little heads up. There are going to be some changes happening around here. 
A few cosmetic changes, a little revamping of the site. So, while my posts may get a little sporadic and sparse,
rest assured that I am hard at work on making ETC the prettiest belle of the ball. 
And of course I will continue instagramin' and pinterestin'.

stay-shut design that takes advantage of plastic's natural ability to cling to itself. 
Also, there are plenty of translucent neons for me to choose from! Perfect!

DIY: CRAFTY (CHEAP) CLUTCH

Every morning I pass by this hinky-jinky 'dollar' shop on my way to the subway. 
And everyday I see the most amazing graphic tablecloths for sale outside the dingy windows. 
For about 2 bucks a yard it's really hard NOT to think up a project that uses such punchy patterns. 
Best part is, they're water resistant! 'Holla!' shouts the clumsy coffee-spiller in me.

Stumbled upon CHANCE CO., and now I can't stop thinking about summertime.
Sailor-stripes, seashells, and beach totes.
And yes, I am well aware that it's barely 40 degrees outside,
but there was no way I was waiting til Spring to share. Hooray!

I don't know about your part of the world...but here in Brooklyn it's been FREEZING.
And I have been putting my 'new' vintage Hudson Bay blanket to good use (thanks sis!).
But I must say I have NOT thought about taking my wool blanket out for a topless jaunt.
